THOMAS L. SPEARS is a mixed media artist who lives and works in central California with his wife, daughter, and cat.
His artwork is concerned mostly with the use of materials selected for their personal symbolic value, and the application of these materials to build up visual states of both implicit decay and explicit order. Thomas doesn't work in one specific subject matter but there are recurring themes of geological boundaries, generational relationships, landmarks, and what he calls found aesthetic systems.
It is his goal that the work encompasses a complete narrative showing the beginning, middle, and end of a recounted event. There is no distinction from a section that is made by an additive process or a subtractive process. The image's single form is only as important as the form next to it. There are numerous false endings, false starts, erasures, regrets, and acknowledgments. By building the images against and for each other the foundation of the work is both hidden and revealed, and the work can be viewed only as a reflection of the sum of its parts.
ALLAN BJORNAA is a self-taught analog collage artist based in Ontario, Canada. Inspired by Dadaism and the works of Richard Hamilton, Bast, Lichtenstein and Basquiat, he puts together found imagery of witty collages from vintage magazines and comic books.
KEDALS is a painter based in Bristol, UK. His series of paintings are an attempt to question ideas surrounding social, political and environmental issues. The figures can be portrayed in a variety of ways and are open to suggestion. Kedals hopes that the viewer is not just a spectator but engages critically with the work, questioning their own idea’s and beliefs about the themes mentioned. Although he's interested in transgression, each painting, with an often satirical-eye resonates a kind of chaotic, yet idyllic sense of fun and humour which is accessible to everyone.
WASTEOFPASTE aka Shawn Miller is a collage artist currently based in Houston, Texas. Fell in love with collage when he discovered the soothing motion of cutting up old magazines and books with scissors. The therapy of art kept him moving forward and now an addiction that keeps him running from town to town looking for the next perfect image to make his own. Huge fan of Dada, and the blurring of lines between what is art and what is not.

KOBUSHER is a late bloomer in the Manila art scene. Spent most of his career in advertising but never lost his first love which is painting. He took up Fine Arts (major in painting) at the University of the Philippines but most of his influences came from pop culture. Being a child of the 80’s his visual narrative was honed by Sesame Street, Keith Haring, Lee Quiñones Run Dmc, and MTVs.
In 2015 he literally walked out from his work and decided to stick it to the man. He felt that he has done everything he can as an artist during his stint as a Creative Director in one of Philippines' top agency, and decided that it’s now time for the next phase of his career. One by one he was able to produce a series of paintings for a show. Secret Fresh Gallery in the Philippines gave him his first break, and in January of 2016 his first solo show. Which incidentally sold out.
Kobusher is a staunch believer that nothing comes from luck, but having a first solo exhibition, and a sold out show, for a first time artist will make him rethink his canon.
